Where does AFZA ship?
AFZA Clothing ships within the United States only. Every order is dispatched from our USA warehouse, so there are no customs duties, no import paperwork, and no international transit time to plan around.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order, to every US address, with no minimum spend. The price you see on a product page is the price you pay at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, free. Orders placed Monday-Friday are processed within 1-2 business days; orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We are a US-based store serving US customers only, and international shipping is not currently available. If you use a freight forwarding service, any additional fees are your responsibility.
When will my order actually arrive?
Count in this order: order processing (1-2 business days), plus standard transit (3-5 business days). A US order placed early in the week typically arrives later the same week. Eid and festive seasons see order volumes spike industry-wide — during those windows, add 1-2 buffer days. Your tracking link shows live status from the moment of dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you receive an automatic email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order in your account dashboard. Our shipping policy page explains how to read each scanning event.
What about customs and duties?
Not applicable. Because we ship domestically only, there are no customs fees or import duties on AFZA orders.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Request a return or exchange on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, and we will take it from there. Full terms live on our Refund Policy page.

Do you ship to Pakistan or internationally?
No. AFZA currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes depend on what the carrier allows — contact us and we will file a redirect request where possible.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Check with the carrier first using the tracking number in your dispatch email. If tracking has not moved for several business days, contact us at [email protected] and we will work it out with you.
